Tony brings lessons learned through personal adversity to companies, associations and mixed audiences across the country
Change is tough for most people and leaders are no exception. The best way to make positive changes in an organization is to communicate in a clear and encouraging way with a message that incentivizes everyone concerned to “want” to participate. My goal in every presentation is to transform the audience’s mindset from “Oh, No” to “Let’s Go!”
I use my presentations to teach leaders and their people how to overcome tough obstacles.
Having overcome a number of life threatening personal and business situations, I have a unique perspective on how much more we can actually accomplish than we think we can. I use stories and lessons learned from these life altering experiences to encourage my listeners and illustrate the power of each person’s spirit to overcome difficulties and become victorious as individuals and as an organization.
Why submit yourself and your company to “the school of hard knocks” when you can simply learn from someone who has already been there?
While it was never my intention to suffer through the severe ups and downs of national and international business cycles while building my own career, family and companies, that is how it worked out. Along the way, I had the opportunity to overcome a series of personal health crisis and support many of my own company’s leaders and employees through their own triumphs and tragedies.
Today, I bring the lessons learned in this crucible of adversity to companies, associations and mixed audiences across the country. The focus of every presentation is to acquaint my hearers with the truths surrounding their untapped ability to overcome and thrive against tremendous obstacles.
My presentations are based entirely on real life stories and situations that teach transformational truths you and your people will benefit from knowing. Each story builds my audience’s awareness of their inner strengths and outward opportunities. Typically these truths move my hearers to laughter and tears as they consider how to practically apply each lesson learned to their own life and work.
Most of all I help them get back in touch with a proper sense of gratitude for being able to do meaningful, important work while being surrounded by others striving to do the same.
